This Privacy Policy explains how LabSity Technologies Nigeria Limited collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information from clients, program beneficiaries, and payment partners. It covers our website, enrollment operations, advisory engagements, and procurement workflows.

• Contact data: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and organization details submitted via our website or proposals.
• Operational data: Biometric enrollment records, device inventories, change logs, and incident tickets.
• Payment data: Timestamps, references, and settlement confirmations received from Paystack or Flutterwave after you complete a transaction.

2. How we use your information

• Deliver contracted services, including onboarding, support, and procurement.
• Provide regulatory or compliance evidence to payment partners when required (e.g., CAC filings, refund statements, transaction logs).
• Improve our platforms through aggregate analytics that do not identify individuals.

3. Sharing & disclosure

• We share data with Paystack and (once reactivated) Flutterwave only to reconcile payments, refunds, and disputes.
• Vendors supporting field deployments (e.g., device suppliers, secure couriers) receive only the data necessary to complete their task.
• We will disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights of LabSity, our clients, or beneficiaries.

4. Data retention & security

• Project documents and biometric data are stored in encrypted infrastructure (primary: Kano State data centre; backup: AWS eu-west-2) with strict access control.
• Payment evidence is retained for a minimum of seven years to meet financial regulations.
• When retention periods expire, records are securely deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

• You may request copies of the information we hold about you.
• You can ask us to correct inaccurate information or object to certain processing activities.
• Requests are handled within the timelines defined by the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

6. Cookies & analytics

Our website uses basic analytics (Google Analytics/Tag Manager) to understand page performance. We do not serve advertising cookies or sell visitor data.
